The present invention provides a manufacturing process of a carbon-carbon composite material. The process comprises: S1, carrying out grinding operation on a raw material flake graphite by using a grinding device, setting the rotation speed of the grinding device to be 3000-4000r/min, setting the temperature inside the grinding device to be 25-30DEG C, and carrying out screening treatment by usinga 10-150mesh filtration screen, thus obtaining graphite carbon particles with uniform size; and S2, adding the graphite carbon particles in S1 and UV silica gel into high-speed mixing equipment according to a ratio of 4:1-2 for mixing operation to obtain a mixed colloid. the carbon-carbon composite material prepared by the invention has the advantages of high tensile strength and high elasticity.
本发明提出了一种碳碳复合材料的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:将原材料鳞片石墨利用研磨设备进行研磨操作,其中研磨设备的转速设置为3000‑4000r/min,且研磨设备内部的温度设置为25‑30℃,然后利用10‑150目的过滤网进行筛选处理,得到尺寸均一的石墨碳颗粒;S2:将S1中的石墨碳颗粒与UV硅胶按照4∶1‑2的比例加入到高速混合设备中进行混合操作,得到混合胶体。本发明所制备的碳碳复合材料具有高拉伸强度和高弹性的优点。
