Manufacturing process for carbon-carbon composite material flat plate
The invention discloses a manufacturing process for a carbon-carbon composite material flat plate. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: chopping carbon fiber tows, combing, lappingand needling the carbon fiber tows into net tyres, cutting and spreading the net tyres according to a product dimension; weighing certain weight of chopped fiber tows by an electronic scale, and uniformly dispersing the weighed fiber tows to the spread net tyres; covering a layer of net tyres on the surfaces of the dispersed tows, introducing Z-direction fibers by a flat plate needling machine, continuously dispersing the carbon fiber tows, covering the net tyres, needling, and repeating the processes until a product reaches a designed thickness, thereby accomplishing manufacturing of carbonfiber prefab; infiltrating the carbon fiber prefab with resin, hot-pressing, curing and forming through a hot press, and performing carbonization, densification and high-temperature treatment on a hot-pressed, cured and formed carbon fiber resin plate to manufacture a carbon-carbon composite material plate. Unit layers consist of the chopped fibers and the net tyres, and are compounded into an integer through needling.
