The invention discloses an asphalt mixer. The asphalt mixer structurally comprises an equipment body, a controller, a driving box, a layer separation inhibiting device, a supporting frame, a mixing drum and an adjuster. The mixer has the beneficial effects that by means of the instantaneous breaking assembly arranged on the knotting mechanism, when asphalt is stirred, a hooking and breaking rod can conduct instantaneous hooking, breaking and pulling treatment on agglomerates contained in the asphalt material under the action of instantaneous thrust, and therefore the asphalt material is evenlystirred. By means of cooperation of an abutting structure and a damping sticky block, vibration force brought by stirring on the inner wall of the stirring cylinder can be reduced, and meanwhile, theinner bottom of the asphalt which sinks and is compact due to the vibration force is subjected to agitation matching, so that the phenomenon of layered flowing of the asphalt is avoided.
