The invention provides a sliding formwork device for second-stage concrete of a gate groove and a construction method. The sliding formwork device comprises a truss, a suspension lifting system, an operation platform and formwork devices, wherein the suspension lifting system is arranged on the truss, the operation platform is arranged at the bottom of the suspension lifting system, and the formwork devices are arranged at the two ends of the operation platform respectively.
