The multifunctional mortar spray head mechanism comprises a fixed pipe and a rotary pipe, wherein the fixed pipe is fixedly connected with a mounting disc; the rotary pipe comprises a main pipe and two branch pipes; the end parts of the two branch pipesare separately equipped with a rotary spray head; the rotary spray heads are assembled to move between the following two stations: a station I, wherein the spraying direction of the rotary spray headsand the axis of the main pipe are arranged in an included angle; and a station II, wherein the spraying direction of the rotary spray heads is parallel to the axis direction of the main pipe. The multifunctional mortar spray head mechanism further comprises a switching mechanism for driving the rotary spray heads to switch between the station I and the station II. The spray head mechanism has a rotary spraying state and a vertical spraying state, wherein mortar can be sprayed to a region below a reinforcing mesh in an inclined mode in the rotary spraying state, so that the space below the reinforcing mesh is guaranteed to be sufficiently filled with mortar; and the surface of the mortar can be trimmed in the vertical spraying state, so that spraying is more uniform, and therefore, surfaceflatness of a slope protection surface is guaranteed.
