PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar for spray by adding a liquid quick setting agent and water to a premix mortar before water filing during spray processing, excellent in processing efficiency achieving good quick setting property and strength development even when the premix mortar is compression transported in long distance and water is filled and the quick setting agent is added at a spray site.SOLUTION: There is provided a mortar for spray containing premix mortar (A), 100 pts.mass of Portland cement in the premix mortar, 4.5 to 8.5 pts.mass of an alkali free liquid quick setting agent and water. A: premix mortar containing 100 pts.mass of Portland mortar, 2.5 to 8 pts.mass of anhydrous gypsum, 3 to 8 pts.mass of amorphous calcium aluminate having content molar ratio of CaO and AlOas chemical component (CaO/AlO) of 2.2 to 2.4 and 130 to 350 pts.mass of a fine aggregate having center particle diameter of 0.4 mm or more, particle percentage content of particle diameter of 0.05 to 3.5 mm of 99 mass% or more and bulk specific gravity of 2.4 to 2.9.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】注水前のプレミックスモルタルに吹付施工時に液体急結剤と水を添加する吹付用モルタルであって、前記プレミックスモルタルを長距離圧送し、吹付現場で注水及び急結剤添加しても、良好な急結性と強度発現性を具備する施工効率に優れた吹付用モルタルの提供。【解決手段】プレミックスモルタル（Ａ）とプレミックスモルタル中のポルトランドセメント含有量１００質量部に対し、アルカリフリー液体急結剤４．５〜８．５質量部と水を含有する吹付用モルタル。Ａ；ポルトランドセメント１００質量部、無水石膏２．５〜８質量部、化学成分としてのＣａＯとＡｌ2Ｏ3の含有モル比（ＣａＯと／Ａｌ2Ｏ3）が２．２〜２．４である非晶質カルシウムアルミネート３〜８質量部および中心粒径が０．４ｍｍ以上且つ粒径０．０５〜３．５ｍｍの粒子含有率が９９質量％以上である嵩比重２．４〜２．９の細骨材１３０〜３５０質量部を含有し、プレミックスモルタル。【選択図】なし
