PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray mortar having accelerating properties and high strength developability, the spray mortar sufficiently preventing powder dusts from occurring during spray execution without using any thickener even if a powder-accelerating agent is used and exhibiting good workability.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a premix mortar for spray mortar, comprising: 100 pts.mass of Portland cement; 3.4-10.5 pts.mass of anhydrous gypsum; 4.8-12.2 pts.mass of amorphous calcium aluminate, whose molar ratio as chemical components of CaO and AlO(CaO/AlO) is 1.9-2.8; 0.12-0.28 pts.mass of sodium aluminate; 0.2-0.5 pts.mass of alkali metal carbonate; and 100-350 pts.mass of fine aggregate, wherein the premix mortar does not comprise water. It is preferable that the premix mortar comprises a water reducing agent, and comprises short fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】粉体急結剤を使用しても増粘剤を使用することなく吹付施工時の粉塵発生が十分抑制できて施工性が良好な、急結性と高い強度発現性を具備する吹付モルタルの供。【解決手段】ポルトランドセメント１００質量部、無水石膏３．４〜１０．５質量部、化学成分としてのＣａＯとＡｌ2Ｏ3の含有モル比（ＣａＯ／Ａｌ2Ｏ3）が１．９〜２．８である非晶質カルシウムアルミネート４．８〜１２．２質量部、アルミン酸ナトリウム０．１２〜０．２８質量部、アルカリ金属炭酸塩０．２〜０．５質量部および細骨材１００〜３５０質量部を含み、水を含まない吹付モルタル用プレミックスモルタル。更に、減水剤を含有するすることが好ましく、その上、短繊維を含有することが望ましい吹付モルタル用プレミックスモルタル。【選択図】なし
