The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum veneers, and particularly relates to a punching aluminum veneer which comprises an outer aluminum veneer body, an inner aluminum veneer body and an outer aluminum veneer body, and the two ends of the outer aluminum veneer body are both bent inwards to form clamping frames; the two ends of the inner aluminum single plate are fixedly connected with lining plates, the shapes of the lining plates are matched with the shape of the inner wall of the clamping frame, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the lining plates are cut to form positioning installation spaces. The punching aluminum veneer manufacturing process comprises the following specific steps that S1, a raw material aluminum plate is flattened and supported on a punching table; s2, punching the surface of the raw material aluminum plate according to a set program; s3, after punching, the outer aluminum veneer located on the outer portion is bent; s4, liner plates are welded to the edges of the inner aluminum single plates; and S5, combining the inner aluminum veneer with the outer aluminum veneer.
