The invention relates to a prefabricated drilling device for a building pile. The prefabricated drilling device comprises a drill rod, an auxiliary frame, a jacking mechanism, a rotating and pressingmechanism and a dust falling mechanism, wherein the drill rod is inserted into the auxiliary frame, and a rotating sleeve used for enabling the drill rod to be inserted in a guiding mode and rotate stably in a guiding mode is arranged at the top of the auxiliary frame; a circle of clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the rotating sleeve, and a circle of pressing rod mechanism is insertedinto the inner wall of the rotating sleeve; an annular plate is installed on an action rod of an electric cylinder, the dust falling mechanism is arranged on the annular plate, and the inner ring ofthe annular plate sleeves the outer side of the rotating sleeve; and the rotating and pressing mechanism connected to the outer part of the rotating sleeve can rotate, and the rotating and pressing mechanism can roll a soil layer around a drilled hole by utilizing bottom trundles, so that the soft soil layer with the periphery being upwards fluctuated during drilling can be compacted in a rollingmode after drilling is completed, the operation mode that after existing drilling, soil needs to be filled beside the hole manually, and then foot-stepping compaction is carried out is replaced, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the labor force is liberated.
