Graphite-based oxidation-resistant profile, preparation method and application
The invention provides a graphite-based oxidation-resistant profile as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The graphite-based oxidation-resistant profile is prepared from the following raw materials: 75-85 parts of graphite powder, 15-30 parts of boron nitride powder, 5-10 parts of water-based carbon black and 2-5 parts of boric acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water into dissolved carbon black and boric acid, heating, dissolving, uniformly dispersing, carrying out spray granulation, pulverizing until the average diameter is 2 mu m or less, uniformly mixing with graphite powder and boron nitride powder, carrying out ball milling, and carrying out hot pressing under the conditions of vacuum of 100Pa or less, 20-30MPa and 1900-2100 DEG C; in the obtained graphite-based oxidation-resistant profile, boron nitride is completely converted, and a large amount of boron carbide which has no acute angle and 90% of which has the size of 0.3-0.5mu m or above is dispersed among graphite grains; the material can be ground to 1.6 mu m in surface smoothness, low in resistivity, high in thermal conductivity, resistant to oxidation and thermal shock, stable in performance, free of adhesion with the contact surface of metal aluminum, easy to demould, slow in reduction of the smoothness of the contact surface and light in abrasion, and can be used as a die material for induction diffusion welding hot-press forming of a metal aluminum layer sheet material.
本发明提供一种石墨基耐氧化型材、制备方法及应用。所述石墨基耐氧化型材制备原料包括石墨粉75‑85份、氮化硼粉15‑30、水性碳黑5‑10份、硼酸2‑5份制成;其制备方法为:将溶碳黑与硼酸加水、加热、溶解、分散均匀后喷雾造粒,粉碎至平均直径2μm以下,与石墨粉、氮化硼粉混匀后球磨,在100Pa以下真空、20‑30MPa和1900‑2100℃热压;所得石墨基耐氧化型材中,氮化硼全部转化,石墨晶粒间弥散了大量无锐角、90%以上尺寸为0.3‑0.5μm的碳化硼;可磨削至1.6μm表面光洁度,电阻率低、导热率高、耐氧化、耐热震,性能稳定,与金属铝的接触面相互不粘附,易脱模,接触面光洁度降低慢、磨损轻,可用作金属铝层片材料感应扩散焊热压成型的模具材料。
