Cast aluminum-silicon light refractory brick and casting device thereof
The invention discloses a cast aluminum-silicon light refractory brick, which relates to the technical field of refractory brick manufacturing, and comprises 20%-30% of corundum fine powder, 20%-50% of refractory cement, 1%-5% of aluminum powder, 0.5%-2% of silicon powder, 5%-15% of polyphosphate and 5%-10% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, and the corundum fine powder contains 90% of aluminum oxide. Byarranging an air pump, an air inlet pipe, an annular channel, air inlet nozzles, an annular baffle and an annular channel, when a discharging pipe is blocked by materials, air is introduced into the annular channel from the air inlet pipe under the effect of the started air pump, and then is introduced into an annular through hole formed by the annular baffle and the inner wall of the dischargingpipe through the four groups of air inlet nozzles which are uniformly distributed; and finally, air is exhausted along the inner wall of the discharging pipe and abuts against the materials to move downwards, so that the materials are prevented from blocking the discharging pipe, the overall working efficiency is greatly improved, a vibration machine is prevented from being used for accelerating falling of the materials, influence of other parts of the materials is avoided, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种浇注成型铝硅系轻质耐火砖,涉及耐火砖制造技术领域,包括:刚玉细粉:20%‑30%,耐火水泥:20%‑50%,铝粉:1%‑5%,硅粉:0.5%‑2%,聚缩磷酸盐:5%‑15%,羟乙基纤维素:5%‑10%,所述刚玉细粉中含有90%的氧化铝。本发明通过设置了气泵、进气管、环形通道、进气嘴、环形挡板与环形通道,当物料堵塞下料管时,在启动的气泵的作用下将气体由进气管通入到环形通道中,之后再由均匀分布的四组进气嘴通入到由环形挡板与下料管内壁形成的环形通孔中,最后沿着下料管内壁将气体排除,并抵住物料向下移动,从而避免了物料堵塞下料管,即大大的提高了整体的工作效率,且避免使用震动机来加快物料下落,从而避免其其它零件的影响,延长设备的使用寿命。
