The invention provides a liquid spraying punishment system for preventing pedestrians from running a red light and a control method thereof so as to reduce or avoid behaviors of the pedestrians running the red light and improve traffic conditions. The liquid spraying punishment system comprises a controller, a camera, a liquid spraying device and a traffic light control device, wherein the camera,the liquid spraying device and the traffic light control device are in communication connection with the controller, and the camera is used for shooting behaviors of pedestrians running the red lightand sending related information to the controller; the controller controls the action of the liquid spraying device according to the information of the traffic light control device and the camera; and the liquid spraying device is used for spraying liquid to pedestrians running the red light. The control method of the liquid spraying punishment system comprises the following steps that the traffic light control device sends a control signal for prohibiting pedestrians from passing or allowing pedestrians to pass to the controller; and the controller uses the camera to shoot the pavement of asidewalk during the period of forbidding pedestrians from passing, and when the controller uses the camera to find that pedestrians run the red light on the pavement, the controller controls the liquid spraying device to spray liquid to the positions where the pedestrians are located.
本发明提出了一种防止行人闯红灯的喷液惩罚系统及其控制方法，以减少或者避免行人闯红灯的行为，从而改善交通状况。该喷液惩罚系统包括控制器及与控制器通讯连接的摄像头、喷液装置和交通灯控制装置，所述摄像头用于拍摄行人闯红灯的行为并将相关信息发送至控制器；所述控制器根据交通灯控制装置、摄像头的信息来控制喷液装置的动作；所述喷液装置用于向正在闯红灯的行人喷洒液体。上述喷液惩罚系统的控制方法如下：交通灯控制装置向控制器发出禁止行人通行或允许行人通行的控制信号；所述控制器在禁止行人通行的期间，利用摄像头对人行道路面进行拍摄，当控制器利用摄像头发现路面有行人闯红灯时，则控制喷液装置，向行人所在位置喷射液体。
