The method comprises the steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted, specifically,a site is leveled, surveying and setting-out are conducted, and an open caisson center pile, a longitudinal and transverse axis control pile and a foundation pit excavation side boundary are calibrated according to a center base of an open caisson; S2, a foundation pit is excavated, specifically, foundation pit excavating comprises foundation pit earth cutting, and bulldozing area arrangement; S3, the open caisson is manufactured, well body concrete is poured and tamped in three sections, and an inner form is also installed in three sections; S4, sinking of the open caisson is carried out, and sinking of the open caisson includes removing of a cushion layer, earth cutting and sinking, and settlement observing ; and S5, open caisson bottom sealing is conducted, specifically, bottom plate steel bars are bound, and bottom plate concrete is poured and tamped. The method has the beneficial effects and contributions to the prior art that 1, the open caisson adopts a non-drainage sinking mode and rises and sinks according to the design elevation; 2, drainage equipment is arranged around, sectional pouring is carried out on a local section according to actual conditions, and sectional sinking is carried out; and 3, during earth cutting and sinking, layered, uniform and symmetrical operation is carried out, so that the open caisson can uniformly and vertically sink without overlarge inclination.
