Construction method of bridge open caisson foundation of permeable soft foundation
A construction method of a bridge open caisson foundation of a permeable soft foundation comprises the steps of construction preparation, site hardening, dewatering and drainage treatment, multi-well-hole blade foot foundation pit excavation, first section open caisson manufacturing and sinking, well section manufacturing and sinking, bottom sealing concrete construction, foam concrete filling construction and open caisson cover plate construction. The bottom sealing concrete construction is divided into upper-layer bottom sealing concrete construction and lower-layer bottom sealing concrete construction, a plurality of steel pipe sleeves are pre-buried in the lower-layer bottom sealing concrete, holes are drilled downwards in the steel pipe sleeves, vertical steel pipe piles and inclined steel pipe piles with slurry outlet holes are placed in the steel pipe sleeves, and the steel pipe piles close to the well wall are required to be the vertical steel pipe piles and the inclined steel pipe piles which are alternately arranged. The inclination angle of the inclined steel pipe pile is 8 degrees, and underwater concrete is poured into the vertical steel pipe pile and the inclined steel pipe pile in a cast-in-place mode. The construction method is applied to construction of a bridge open caisson foundation of a permeable soft foundation, an ultra-deep bridge open caisson foundation does not need to be built, and the stability and safety of a bridge main pier foundation can also be guaranteed.
一种渗透性软弱地基的桥梁沉井基础的施工方法,包括:施工准备、场地硬化、降排水处理、多井孔刃脚基坑开挖、首节沉井制作及下沉、井节制作及下沉、封底混凝土施工、填充泡沫混凝土施工和沉井盖板施工,所述的封底混凝土施工分为上层封底砼和下层封底砼施工,下层封底砼内预埋有多根钢管套,在钢管套内朝下钻孔并放置有带出浆孔的竖直钢管桩和倾斜钢管桩,要求靠近井壁的钢管桩为竖直钢管桩和倾斜钢管桩交替布置,倾斜钢管桩的倾斜角度为8°,在竖直钢管桩和倾斜钢管桩内现浇灌注水下砼。该施工方法应用在渗透性软弱地基的桥梁沉井基础建设中,不需要建设超深的桥梁沉井基础,也能保障大桥主墩基础的稳定性和安全性。
