The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a preparation method of a cement-based building external wall thermal insulation material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly stirring nano silicon dioxide and diatomite in a stirrer to obtain pretreated nano silicon dioxide; (2) mixing Portland cement, fly ash, EVA redispersible latex powder and the pretreated nano silicon dioxide to obtain a modified cement base; (3) mixing a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, basalt fibers, polyvinyl ester type epoxy resin, methyl acrylate modified nano CaCO3 and water, adding the modified cement base, and uniformly stirring to obtain cement-based paste; and (4) adding a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution into the cement-based paste, stirring, and performing curing molding. According to the preparation method, the diatomite is added to weaken agglomeration of nano silicon dioxide, the polyvinyl ester type epoxy resin and methyl acrylatemodified nano CaCO3 are added, and the compressive strength and the tensile strength are further improved on the premise that it is guaranteed that the heat preservation performance of the material isnot reduced.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,公开了一种水泥基建筑外墙保温材料的制备方法。所述制备方法包含以下步骤:(1)将纳米二氧化硅和硅藻土在搅拌机中搅拌均匀得到预处理纳米二氧化硅;(2)将硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、EVA可再分散乳胶粉、预处理纳米二氧化硅混合,得改性水泥基;(3)将聚羧酸减水剂、玄武岩纤维、聚乙烯酯型环氧树脂、丙烯酸甲酯改性的纳米CaCO3与水混合,加入改性水泥基,搅匀,得水泥基浆体;(4)将过氧化氢水溶液加入水泥基浆体中,搅拌,固化成型。本发明的制备方法加入硅藻土减弱了纳米二氧化硅的团聚,且加入聚乙烯酯型环氧树脂、丙烯酸甲酯改性的纳米CaCO3,在保证材料保温性能不降低的前提下,抗压强度和抗拉强度进一步提高。
