The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking rubber powder in a diamino silane coupling agent aqueous solution, taking out, mixing with polyvinyl ester type epoxy resin and EVA emulsion, carrying out heat treatment, and cooling to obtain modified rubber powder, (2) mixing 3-5 parts by weight of a waterproof agent, 0.5-2 part by weight of aluminum powder, 4-8 parts by weight of hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate, 0.5-1 part by weight of nano silicon dioxide and 60-80 parts by weight of water, adding 8-15 parts by weight of modified rubber powder, uniformly stirring, and drying, and (3) adding the wasteglass fiber reinforced plastic powder and the material dried in the step (2) into slurry prepared from the building gypsum, and uniformly stirring. According to the method, a diamino silane couplingagent is firstly used for soaking the rubber powder, then polyvinyl ester type epoxy resin and EVA emulsion are added for modification treatment, the binding force of the rubber powder and a gypsum material is improved, it is guaranteed that the strength of a gypsum base material is not reduced, and the heat preservation performance is improved.
