The invention provides an emergency deployable cable-stayed bridge beam and a self-erecting construction method thereof. The cable-stayed bridge beam comprises a telescopic main beam structure, a maintower structure and a transportation platform. The transportation platform, the main beam structure and the main tower structure are connected to a platform pin shaft; the main beam structure is provided with a first driving locking device used for driving the main beam structure to be folded and unfolded. A plurality of stay cables are arranged between the main tower structure and the main beamstructure; one end of each stay cable is connected with the second driving locking device after being attached to a first guide wheel on the main tower structure in a winding manner, and the other endof each stay cable is hinged to the main beam structure at one point; a back cable is arranged between the main tower structure and the transportation platform; one end of the back cable is hinged tothe main tower structure, and the other end of the back cable is wound around a second guide wheel on the transportation platform and then connected with a third drive locking device. The back cableand the stay cable are located on the two sides of the main tower structure. The deployable cable-stayed bridge has the advantages of being large in spanning capacity, high in bearing capacity, adjustable in span, convenient and fast to self-erect and construct and high in maneuvering performance.
