The invention provides an erection method of a curved steel truss cable-stayed bridge, and relates to the technical field of bridge erection, the erection method of the curved steel truss cable-stayed bridge comprises the following steps: installing two tower cranes, and installing a swivel system through the two tower cranes; symmetrically and synchronously hoisting pier top steel beams on the suspended splicing bracket through two tower cranes; symmetrically and synchronously hoisting a preset number of steel beam sections along the two sides of the pier top steel beam through two tower cranes, and synchronously mounting a preset number of steel tower sections above the pier top steel beam; two deck cranes are installed through the two tower cranes; and the remaining steel beam sections are symmetrically and synchronously hoisted through the two deck cranes, the remaining steel tower sections are synchronously installed above the pier top steel beams, and the stay cables at the corresponding positions are hung and tensioned when each steel beam section is hoisted. Compared with the prior art, tower and beam synchronous construction can be achieved, bridging equipment is fully utilized, and the erecting efficiency of the steel truss cable-stayed bridge is improved.
