The invention provides a bridge transverse integral reinforcement construction method. The bridge transverse integral reinforcement construction method comprises the following steps: 1) prefabricatingan upper chord, a lower chord and a first web member; 2) forming a hole in a bridge deck of the existing bridge body; 3) mounting an upper chord on the bridge deck; (4) mounting lower chords to enable the lower chords to cling to the bottom surface of the prefabricated small box girder; 5) mounting a first web member to enable the first web member to cling to the outer side surface of the prefabricated small box girder; 6) accurately adjusting the positions of the upper chord, the lower chord and the first web member, and welding the joints; 7) connecting and fixing the upper chord member, the lower chord member and the existing bridge body through drilling and bolt planting; and (8) finishing the holes of the bridge deck slab to finish the recovery of the bridge deck slab. The multiple small box girders are effectively connected into a whole in the transverse direction of the bridge through the steel trusses, and compared with concrete diaphragm girders and the like, the transverse overall rigidity of the bridge can be effectively improved, the self-weight is low, clearance under the bridge is not affected basically, construction is convenient, fast and efficient, the construction quality is easy to guarantee, construction investment is small, and influences on the surrounding environment are small.
本发明提供了一种桥梁横向整体加固施工方法,包括如下步骤:1)预制上弦杆、下弦杆和第一腹杆;2)在既有桥梁体的桥面板上开设孔洞;3)在桥面板上安装上弦杆;4)安装下弦杆,使其紧贴预制小箱梁底面;5)安装第一腹杆,使其紧贴预制小箱梁外侧面;6)精确调整上弦杆、下弦杆、第一腹杆的位置,并对其连接处进行焊接;7)通过钻孔植栓将上弦杆、下弦杆与既有桥梁体连接固定;8)修整桥面板的孔洞,完成桥面板的恢复。本发明采用钢桁架将多个小箱梁在横桥向有效连接成整体,相对于混凝土横隔梁等,不但能够有效提高桥梁横向整体刚度,而且自重轻,基本不影响桥下净空,施工便捷高效,施工质量易于保证,施工投入少,对周围环境影响小。
