The invention discloses a water surface floating object cleaning device hydroelectric power generation and a cleaning method. The water surface floating object cleaning device comprises a frame body,a conveying assembly used for conveying floating objects is movably arranged at the front portion of the frame body, and an adjusting structure used for adjusting the inclination angle of the conveying assembly is arranged between the conveying assembly and the side wall of the frame body; a power mechanism is rotationally installed below the frame body, the power mechanism is connected with the conveying assembly through an acceleration assembly, and a compaction piece used for flattening the floating objects conveyed into the frame body is rotationally installed above the frame body; when water flow passes through a driving roller and turning blades, the turning blades are driven to turn over through kinetic energy of the water flow, so that the whole driving roller is driven to rotate,and the rotating driving roller drives the acceleration assembly and a lifting assembly to act, wherein the acceleration assembly drives the conveying assembly to work to convey the floating objects in the water flow into the frame body, and the lifting assembly drives the compaction piece to move up and down back and forth to flatten the floating objects conveyed into the frame body.
本发明公开了一种水利发电用水面漂浮物清理装置及清理方法，包括框体，在所述框体的前部活动设置有用于输送漂浮物的输送组件，所述输送组件与所述框体侧壁之间设置有用于调节所述输送组件倾斜角度的调节结构；所述框体的下方转动安装有动力机构，所述动力机构通过加速组件连接所述输送组件，在所述框体的上方转动安装有用于将输送到框体中的漂浮物压扁的压实件；在有水流经过驱动辊和翻叶片时，利用水流的动能驱动翻叶片翻转，从而带动整个驱动辊转动，转动的驱动辊再分别驱动加速组件和抬升组件动作，其中，加速组件带动输送组件工作将水流中的漂浮物输送到框体内，而抬升组件带动压实件来回上下运动将输送带框体中的漂浮物压扁。
