The invention provides a pipeline construction directional traction tapping machine and a construction method thereof. The pipeline construction directional traction tapping machine comprises a crossbeam; a cutter is arranged on the cross beam; a forward scouring channel is arranged on the cutter; and the scouring channel is communicated with a scouring system. The construction method of the pipeline construction directional traction tapping machine comprises the following steps: the cutter is inserted into a soil layer; the cross beam is driven to drive the cutter to move forwards; the cutter cuts the soil layer, meanwhile, the scouring channel in the cutter scours the soil layer; and a hole is dug in the soil layer. The invention has the advantages that cutting of the cutter is combinedwith liquid scouring to achieve excavation-free construction of the pipeline hole, and therefore, various defects of open excavation method construction are avoided, the hole excavation period is short, and the hole excavation quality is high.
本发明提出一种管线施工定向牵引开孔机及其施工方法。该开孔机包括横梁,横梁上设有刀具,刀具上设有朝前的冲刷通道,冲刷通道与冲刷系统连通。该施工方法包括如下步骤:将刀具插入土层中,驱动横梁带动刀具前进,刀具对土层进行切削,同时刀具上的冲刷通道对土层进行冲刷,在土层内开挖出孔洞。本发明的优点:将刀具的切削与液体冲刷相结合,实现管线孔洞免开挖施工,避免了明挖法施工的种种弊端,开挖孔洞周期短、质量高。
