The invention discloses agricultural machinery capable of preventing terrace water and soil loss, comprising a terrace, wherein a planting cavity with an upward opening is formed in the upper end in the terrace, the planting cavity is filled with clear water, backfill tubes are arranged on the lower wall in the planting cavity in an array mode, and a water suction pump is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the left side of the planting cavity and located on the left side of the upper end in the terrace; and the right end face of the water suction pump communicates with the upper side of theleft wall in the planting cavity. The agricultural machinery can detect water level of the planting cavity in real time; when the water level of the planting cavity rises, a buoy is driven to float upwards to drive a lifting sleeve rod to move upwards, so that lost soil can be automatically backfilled while water and soil loss is stopped, and then water is supplemented into the planting cavity bydetecting reduction of the water level. By means of the method, the probability of soil loss in the terrace is reduced, the service life of the terrace is prolonged, and the crop growth environment isguaranteed.
