The invention particularly relates to a terrace material capable of being rapidly cured and a terrace construction method containing the terrace material. The problems that an existing epoxy grindstone terrace is long in curing time and poor in weather resistance are solved. The terrace material capable of being rapidly cured comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A is prepared from, by mass, 40 parts of active acrylic resin, 50-58 parts of pigment filler and 2 parts of auxiliaries; and the component B is a curing agent; the component C is graded sand. The terrace construction method comprises the steps of S1, preparation of the component A; S2, mixing of the component A and the component B; S3, preparation of the terrace material; S4, laying of the terrace material; S5, surface treatment after the terrace material is cured; and S6, laying of a cover surface protection layer. The problems that the existing epoxy grindstone terrace is long in curing time and poor in weather resistance are effectively solved, construction can be conducted in a low-temperature environment, the influence of the construction process on traffic is small, and the terrace material has the advantages of being environmentally friendly and excellent in performance.
本发明具体是一种可快速固化的地坪材料及含有其的地坪施工方法,解决了现有环氧磨石地坪固化时间长、耐候性差的问题。一种可快速固化的地坪材料,包括组分A、组分B和组分C;其中,组分A是由如下质量份数的组分组成:活性丙烯酸树脂40份,颜填料50‑58份,助剂2份;组分B为固化剂;组分C为级配砂。一种地坪施工方法,S1:组分A的制备;S2:组分A与组分B的混合;S3:地坪材料的制备;S4:地坪材料的铺设;S5:地坪材料固化后的表面处理;S6:罩面保护层的铺设。本发明有效解决了现有环氧磨石地坪固化时间长、耐候性差的问题,能够在低温环境下施工,而且施工过程对交通影响小,具有绿色环保、性能优异的优点。
