According to the manufacturingprocess, straw sections are added into components of a soft substrate to serve as a slow-release carrier of a glue solution; and the slow-release carrier slowly releases the glue solution in the rolling forming process of the soft substrate and in the process of sequentially stacking and pressing the balance layer, the soft substrate, the fiber distribution layer, the heat preservation layer, thedecoration layer and the wear-resisting layer into a plate. Due to the fact that the hollow structure of the straw sections has a good temporary storage function on the glue solution, the glue solution is slowly released in the follow-up rolling forming and stacking press-fit process, glue dipping and brushing are not needed in the compounding process of the balance layer, the fiber distribution layer and the heat preservation layer, the adsorption type adhesive capacity of the fiber distribution layer is fully utilized, and the dual technical effects of resisting glue failure deformation andimproving the buffering capacity are achieved. The problems that in the prior art, a composite wood floor is prone to glue failure and deformation, and the impact resistance, the abrasion resistance and the heat preservation effect are poor are solved.
