The invention discloses a manufacturing process of an ultra-wear-resistant soft floor, and belongs to the technical field of plate processing. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps that A, material mixing is carried out, specifically, straw sections, a glue solution, an additive and other components are uniformly mixed; B, heating is carried out, specifically, the uniformly mixedmaterials are transferred into a heating tank body to be heated into a semi-fluid molten state; C, extrusion is carried out, specifically, the semi-fluid is transferred into an extruder to be extruded into a strip-shaped body; D, rolling is carried out, specifically, the strip-shaped body is directly connected into a pressing roller unit to be rolled into a sheet-shaped soft base plate; E, stacking is carried out, specifically, a balance layer, the soft base plate, a decorative layer and a wear-resistant layer are stacked in sequence; and F, pressing is carried out, specifically, the stackedmaterial is placed in a press for being pressed and combined after stacking to obtain the ultra-wear-resistant soft floor. According to the manufacturing process, the balance layer, the soft base plate and the decorative layer are pressed and combined on the premise of no need of gum dipping before combining of the balance layer and the decorative layer, gum failure and deformation are avoided, procedures are saved, the production efficiency is improved, the wear resistance of the whole plate is improved under the buffer type synergistic effect of the balance layer, the decorative layer and the wear-resistant layer, and the technical effect of super wear resistance is achieved.
