The invention discloses a railway locomotive device capable of repairing a rail and cleaning broken stones. The device comprises a box body, a motor is fixedly arranged in the box body, belt pulley cavities which are bilaterally symmetrical about the motor are formed in the box body, a switching cavity is formed in one side, far away from the motor, of each belt pulley cavity, a detection transmission cavity is formed between the belt wheel cavity and the switching cavity, a bevel gear cavity is formed in the side, away from the motor, of the switching cavity, a detection cavity with a backward opening part and a through upper and lower opening part is formed in the side, away from the motor, of the bevel gear cavity, and a detection device is arranged in the detection cavity. By detectingthe curvature of the rail, patting repairing is conducted on the rail, meanwhile, broken stones on the inner side of the rail are cleaned away, the cleaned broken stones are laid between two sleeperson the inner side of the rail again and pressed tightly, it can be effectively guaranteed that loss of train wheels is reduced, and the service lives of the train wheels are prolonged.
