The manual hole digging pile construction method comprises the steps that the excavation step of a section of pile hole is set: construction of a wellhead concrete retainer is conducted at the set pile hole position; a cantilever type crane and a guardrail are arranged on the two sides of the pile hole correspondingly, and a material taking barrel is connected to the end of a steel wire rope of the cantilever type crane; the section of pile hole is excavated, an anti-falling cover plate is clamped to a pile hole protection wall, and a ventilation device, a drainage device and a crawling ladder are arranged on one side of the cantilever type crane; another section of pile hole is excavated again; if water seepage occurs, drainage is conducted firstly; then the heights of the anti-falling cover plate, the ventilation device, the drainage device and the crawling ladder are adjusted; the air quality of a construction area below the anti-falling cover plate is detected; and if the air quality does not meet the specification, ventilation is carried out until the air quality meets the specification. The method is reasonable in step setting, high in reliability and high in safety during construction, the efficiency of manual hole digging pile construction can be improved, and the actual construction requirement can be met.
