Preparation process of high-efficiency water reducing agent for concrete, and water reducing agent for concrete
The invention relates to the field of water reducing agent preparation, in particular to a preparation process of a high-efficiency water reducing agent for concrete, and the water reducing agent forthe concrete. The water reducing agent for the concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: a modified polycarboxylate water reducing agent, cellulose propyl sulfonate, calcium lignosulphonate, volcanic ash, acetone and water. The preparation process comprises the following steps: 1, preparing the modified polycarboxylate water reducing agent; 2, weighing the above desired weight parts of the rest raw materials; and 3, mixing the prepared modified polycarboxylate water reducing agent with the rest raw materials, and conducting uniform stirring to obtain the high-efficiency water reducing agent for the concrete. The invention further relates to a preparation device for the high-efficiency water reducing agent for the concrete. The preparation device comprises a drying support, a lifting power mechanism, a separation mechanism, an air suction and water pumping mechanism, a blocking mechanism, a scraping mechanism, a stirring frame and a stirring motor. According to the preparation process of the high-efficiency water reducing agent for the concrete, and the water reducing agent for the concrete, drying after suction filtration can be performed without transfer, so preparation efficiency is improved.
