The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a shrinkage-reducing concrete high-efficiency water reducing agent. The reducing agent comprises 40-50 parts of polyether macromonomer powder, 12-18 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 9-16 parts of hydrated silica and 7-12 parts of zeolite powder. Due to the fact that a capillary pipeline is formed between aggregate and an admixture in concrete, shrinkage between the aggregate and the admixture is caused under the action of surface tension of liquid in the capillary pipeline, and the use effect of the concrete is affected. Therefore, the silica hydrate is wrapped by the zeolite powder through the viscose arranged on the silica hydrate, the reaction rate of the zeolite powder in the concrete is promoted through the flaky structure of the silica hydrate, and after the silica hydrate is put into the concrete to be mixed, the flaky silica hydrate is crushed through interaction among aggregates in the concrete, with the reaction of the cellulose gum and the zeolite powder in the liquid, the cellulose gum is filled into the gap between the aggregate and the admixture so as to weaken the shrinkage degree of the concrete, such that the application effect of the shrinkage type concrete high efficiency water reducing agent is improved.
