A plurality of mounting plates are arranged on the two sides of the supporting column correspondingly, connecting shafts are fixedly mounted on the mounting plates, and T-shaped sliding blocks are fixed to the sides, facing the supporting column, of the mounting plates; and the side, away from the corresponding mounting plate, of each T-shaped sliding blockis slidably mounted in an extending groove formed in the supporting column and connected with a horizontal adjusting mechanism arranged in a second adjusting cavity formed in the supporting column. The lifting adjusting mechanism can drive the rolling wheels to protrude out of the base, so that the supporting column and a guardrail rod are convenient to move integrally after being connected, and the horizontal adjusting mechanism can tension the guardrail rod after the guardrail rod is installed.
