In-pipe grouting device and grouting method
The invention discloses an in-pipe grouting device and a grouting method. The in-pipe grouting device comprises a cylinder body, an auxiliary air bag is arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder body, and positioning air bags are arranged at the two ends of the auxiliary air bag correspondingly; a grouting hole is formed in the outer surface of the auxiliary air bag, the grouting hole is connected with one end of a grouting hose, the other end of the grouting hose is connected with a grouting guide-in hole, the grouting hose is arranged in the auxiliary air bag, and the grouting guide-in holeis formed in the cylinder wall of the cylinder body; a plurality of air supply holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the cylinder body and used for being connected with an air input pipe, and theair input pipe is used for supplying air to the auxiliary air bag and the positioning air bags. During grouting, extrusion assistance in the grouting process is completed in cooperation with stretching and retracting of the auxiliary air bag, in the whole grouting link, a limiting device plays a stabilizing role, water in a drainage pipe flows through the middle of the cylinder body, and thereforegrouting operation is conducted in the water flowing environment; and guide discharge operation is avoided, so that the manpower and time are saved advantageously.
一种管内注浆装置及注浆方法,包括筒体,筒体外壁设有辅助气囊,辅助气囊两端均设有定位气囊;辅助气囊外表面设有注浆孔,注浆孔与注浆软管一端连接,注浆软管另一端与注浆导入孔连接,所述的注浆软管设置在辅助气囊内,注浆导入孔设置在筒体的筒壁上;筒体的筒壁上设有多个供气孔,供气孔用于连接气体输入管,气体输入管用于给辅助气囊和定位气囊供气。本发明注浆时,配合辅助气囊伸缩,完成注浆过程中的挤压助力,整个注浆环节,限位装置起到稳定作用,排水管内的水会从筒体中部流过,从而实现了在流水环境下进行注浆操作;避免了导排操作,有助于节省人力和时间。
