The invention discloses an aluminum alloy door and window connecting piece which comprises a connecting piece body. A first functional layer is arranged on the surface of the connecting piece body, the first functional layer comprises a polyurea waterproof coating and a modified polyformaldehyde layer, and a second functional layer is arranged on the outer surface of the first functional layer; and the second functional layer comprises a gel coat resin layer and a ceramic-based composite coating, a mounting hole is formed in an inner cavity of the connecting piece body, and a threaded groove is formed in an inner cavity of the mounting hole. According to the aluminum alloy door and window connecting piece, the polyurea waterproof coating has excellent waterproof performance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, the modified polyformaldehyde layer is arranged, and good high-temperature resistance is achieved, so that the connecting piece body is prevented from being damaged by hightemperature; and the gel coat resin layer is arranged, so that water resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and the like are achieved; and the ceramic-based compositecoating is arranged, so that excellent wear resistance is achieved, and the corrosion resistance of the connecting piece body is further improved.
