The invention discloses an overhauling crawling ladder for a water conservancy project. The overhauling crawling ladder structurally comprises a clamping and fixing block, a combining rod and a climbing rod, the clamping and fixing block is fixedly connected with the upper end of the combining rod in an embedded manner, the combining rod and the climbing rod are of an integrated structure, and when the combining rod is lifted upwards, a movable roller can rotate through impact force generated by water flow in a water collecting cavity on the movable roller, so that an outer flitch plate can bring out water forwards, black mud on the outer surface of an outer connecting frame is flushed away, the combining rod is put into water, the water can generate thrust on swing plates on a mud blocking mechanism, therefore, the swing plates can swing upwards along the plate surface, and the outer water can pass through the gap between the two swing plates to enter a bearing plate to be stored. When the combining rod is lifted upwards, a stress plate can extrude out the water in the bearing plate obliquely upwards through a water outlet hole, and therefore the black mud adhering to the bottom of a bottom block can be flushed away.
