Various coagulation accelerating components are compounded, the coagulation time ofsprayed concrete can be further shortened, the comprehensive performance of cement is improved, a good coagulation accelerating effect is achieved on premixed concrete subjected to initial hydration,the coagulation time of the concrete can be obviously shortened, the early strength is improved, the stability, durability and safety of the concrete can be remarkably improved, and the cost is low. The concrete accelerator is particularly suitable for premixed concrete spraying construction of long-time and long-distance transportation.
本发明提出了一种混凝土速凝剂,由以下原料制备而成:硫酸铝、硝酸铝、磷酸、氨水、埃洛石纳米管改性醇胺高分子助磨剂、稳定剂、氟硅酸镁、增粘剂、水。本发明复合了多种促凝组分,能够进一步缩短喷射混凝土的凝结时间,改善水泥综合性能,对于已经发生了初始水化的预拌混凝土具有良好的促凝效果,能够明显地缩短混凝土的凝结时间,提高早期强度,还能显著提高混凝土的稳定性、耐久性和安全性,且成本较低。特别适用于长时间、长距离运输的预拌混凝土喷射施工。
