Water-based tape casting method of ceramic green tape
The invention discloses a water-based tape casting method of a ceramic green tape. The method comprises the following steps: proportionally mixing a styrene-acrylic emulsion and a silicone-acrylic emulsion to obtain a mixed emulsion; sequentially adding the ceramic powder, water, the mixed emulsion, a dispersing agent, a plasticizer and a coalescing agent into a ball-milling tank, and carrying outball-milling premixing; after premixing, adjusting the pH value of the mixed slurry to 9-11, adding a defoaming agent, and continuously carrying out ball milling and secondary mixing; and carrying out secondary mixing until the particle size of the slurry meets the requirement, defoaming and casting to obtain the stackable ceramic green tape. The solid content of the slurry can reach 85% at most,the thickness of a cast single-layer film can reach 0.45 mm at most, the prepared ceramic green tape is smooth, high in strength, good in flexibility and capable of being wound and curled, the numberof laminated layers is reduced, and the uniformity of a product is better; meanwhile, water is used as a main solvent, and a mixed solution of styrene-acrylic emulsion and silicone-acrylic emulsion is used as a binder, so that the harm to the environment and human bodies is reduced, and the production cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷生带的水基流延成型方法,包括:将苯丙乳液与硅丙乳液按比例混合,制得混合乳液;将陶瓷粉体、水、混合乳液、分散剂、增塑剂和成膜助剂依次加入球磨罐中,进行球磨预混合;预混合后,调节混合浆料的pH至9~11,并加入消泡剂,继续球磨二次混合;二次混合至浆料粒度达到要求后,经脱泡、流延后得到可叠层的陶瓷生带。本发明的浆料固含量最高可达85%,流延单层膜厚最高可达0.45mm,制得的陶瓷生带平滑、强度高、柔韧性好、可缠绕卷曲,减少了叠层层数,产品的均一性更好;同时,本发明采用水为主要溶剂、采用苯丙乳液和硅丙乳液的混合液作为粘结剂,减少了对环境和人体的危害,节约了生产成本。
