Water-based tape casting slurry and method for preparing magnetoelectric composite ceramic sheet through water-based tape casting
The invention discloses water-based tape casting slurry of a magnetoelectric composite ceramic sheet and a method for preparing the magnetoelectric composite ceramic sheet through water-based tape casting. The water-based tape casting slurry for the magnetoelectric composite ceramic sheet is prepared from the following raw materials: ferroelectric ceramic powder Bi0. 5Na0. 4K0. 1TiO3, magnetic powder hexagonal ferrite BaFe12O19, polyacrylic acid, a mixture of a polyurethane emulsion and a polyacrylic acid emulsion, polyethylene glycol and deionized water. The technological process for preparing the magnetoelectric composite ceramic sheet through the water-based tape casting technology comprises the steps of slurry preparation, tape casting, drying and sintering film forming, a magnetic field is applied in the tape casting wet film drying process, and a composite structure of magnetic powder oriented in a ferroelectric matrix is constructed. The magnetoelectric composite ceramic sheet prepared by the invention has both ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism, has higher magnetoelectric voltage coefficient and magnetodielectric response, and can be used in the field of functional devices such as magnetoelectric sensors and energy converters; and meanwhile, the ceramic sheet is simple in preparation process, environment-friendly and suitable for batch production, and conditions are easy to control.
本发明公开了一种磁电复合陶瓷薄片的水基流延浆料及水基流延制备磁电复合陶瓷薄片的方法,所述磁电复合陶瓷薄片用水基流延浆料由下述原料组成:铁电陶瓷粉料Bi0.5Na0.4K0.1TiO3、磁性粉料六角铁氧体BaFe12O19、聚丙烯酸、聚氨酯乳液和聚丙烯酸乳液混合物、聚乙二醇和去离子水组成。水基流延成型工艺制备磁电复合陶瓷薄片工艺过程包括浆料配制、流延成型、干燥和烧结成膜,其中流延湿膜干燥过程中施加磁场,构筑磁粉在铁电基体取向的复合结构。本发明制成的磁电复合陶瓷薄片兼具铁电性和铁磁性,具有较高磁电电压系数和磁介电响应,可用于磁电传感器、能量转换器等功能器件领域;同时该陶瓷薄片制备工艺简单、条件易于控制、环境友好、适合于批量生产。
