Thermal insulation mortar production method
The invention discloses a thermal insulation mortar production method. The invention relates to a preparation method of thermal insulation mortar. The production cost is low, and the density after solidification is low. The production method comprises the following steps: a raw material preparation step: weighing raw materials required by the thermal insulation mortar in proportion, and uniformlymixing for later use; a mortar preparation step: putting the uniformly mixed raw materials into a gravity-free mixer for mixing to form a mortar material; and a packaging step: conveying the mortar material into a packaging bag through a pipeline, weighing, packaging and conveying into a finished product warehouse for storage. In the raw materials, a certain proportion of coal ash is used for replacing cement, so that the cost is reduced, meanwhile, the coal ash is lighter than the cement, the overall weight is lighter after preparation is completed, the dry density is smaller than that of cement used alone, and the density standard of the thermal insulation mortar is met; coal ash is used as an additive, the poor heat-conducting property of the coal ash is utilized to replace the action of part of polyphenyl particles, so that the production cost is further reduced.
