The thermal insulation mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of cement, 5-8 parts of an auxiliary agent, 3-6 parts of fly ash and 35-45 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, and the invention provides equipment capable of automatically adding materials into a stirring kettle in batches on the premise of effectively removing flying dust generated in the material adding process.
