The method comprises the following steps that a foundation pit is excavated, the bottom of the foundation pit is bulldozed,and all sundries in the foundation pit are removed; a packing layer is laid at the bottom of the foundation pit, wherein the packing layer is formed by mixing gravels and plain soil; the packing layer is rammed and compacted through a rammer; and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing steel bars are laid in the length direction of the foundation pit, a plurality of transverse reinforcing steel bars are laid in the width direction of the foundation pit, the overlapping positions of the longitudinal reinforcing steel bars and the transverse reinforcing steel bars are bound together through metal wires, concrete is poured into the foundation pit and flattened, and an elevator foundation platform is formed after the concrete is condensed. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the compaction effect is improved by laying the packing layer in a layered manner and conducting dynamic compaction in a layered manner, later settlement can be reduced, the structural strength and bearing capacity of the concrete layer are enhanced by selecting high-strength-grade concrete, arranging a reinforcing mesh in the concrete layer and the like, the stability of a foundation is guaranteed, and the foundation safety is improved.
