According to the construction method, local dewatering is adopted for the elevator foundation pit well in consideration of the cost and the overall structure, so that the construction workload is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction time is saved; and meanwhile, according to the construction method, the elevator foundation pit well and foundation construction are connected into a whole, the joint treatment process is reduced, the integrity and waterproofness are guaranteed, and therefore the foundation construction quality is improved.
