The invention discloses a multi-power drill bit. The multi-power drill bit comprises a main drill; one or more sets of power stirring devices are arranged on the main drill in an arrayed mode in the axial direction, and each set of power stirring device comprises a hollow power device mounted on the main drill in a sleeving mode and a stirring mechanism connected with the hollow power device; andthe stirring mechanisms are driven by the hollow power devices to rotate around the axis of the main drill. The hollow power devices are used as driving sources of all the sets of power stirring devices, are directly mounted on the main drill in the sleeving mode and directly fixed to the main drill, and are convenient to install, small in occupied space and convenient to control and adjust; the stirring mechanisms operate independent of the main drill and are directly driven by the hollow power devices, so that the mixing and stirring effects of slurry and soil is improved, and the pile forming quality is improved; and a plurality of stirring parts can be driven by one hollow power device and do not need to be each provided with a power head, so that the energy consumption is reduced advantageously.
本发明公开了一种多动力钻头,包括主钻,所述主钻沿轴向排列设置有至少一组动力搅拌装置,每组动力搅拌装置包括套装在所述主钻上的中空动力装置和与所述中空动力装置连接的搅拌机构,搅拌机构在中空动力装置的驱动下绕所述主钻轴线转动。本发明中采用中空动力装置作为每组动力搅拌装置的驱动源,其直接套装并固定在主钻上,安装方便且占用空间少,控制调节方便;搅拌机构独立于主钻运行,由中空动力装置直接驱动,有助于提高浆料与泥土的混合搅拌效果,提高成桩质量;多个搅拌部件可通过一个中空动力装置驱动,不需要每个配置一动力头,有助于降低能耗。
