The invention discloses a prefabricated slab assembled retaining wall for a vertical post-cast strip of an outer wall. The prefabricated slab assembled retaining wall comprises a plurality of prefabricated slabs (2) mounted at the post-cast strip, wherein the prefabricated slabs (2) are sequentially connected end to end in a lap joint manner from bottom to top; the total height of the prefabricated slabs (2) is greater than or equal to the height of a wall body (1); grouting treatment is performed on gaps among the prefabricated slabs (2); waterproof treatment is performed on the outer walls of the prefabricated slabs (2); a reserved steel bar (3) is arranged on the slab surface of each prefabricated slab (2); the prefabricated slabs (2) are hoisted on the outer side of the wall body (1) and are in contact with the outer side of the wall body (1); the reserved steel bars (3) penetrate through the post-cast strip of the wall body (1) and extend into the wall body (1); on the inner sideof the wall body (1), the reserved steel bars (3) are tied with horizontal bars on the outer side of the post-cast strip of the wall body (1); and steel bars on the inner side are horizontally fixed through welding. The prefabricated slab assembled retaining wall for the vertical post-cast strip of the outer wall is hoisted outdoors and fixed indoors, and is hoisted once, so that the mounting safety coefficient is relatively high.
