The invention relates to an energy-saving and environment-friendly building. The building comprises a base, a plurality of square stand columns detachably installed on the base, a plurality of squarecross beams detachably installed between every two adjacent stand columns, and a ceiling detachably installed at the tops of the stand columns. First mounting grooves allowing the lower portions of the stand columns to be inserted are formed in the upper end face of the base. Anti-disengaging grooves are formed in the side walls of the first mounting grooves; and first sliding grooves, anti-disengaging blocks connected with the first sliding grooves in a sliding mode and matched with the anti-disengaging grooves, and first driving parts for driving the anti-disengaging blocks to be embedded into the anti-disengaging grooves in a sliding mode are arranged at the lower portions of the stand columns. The energy-saving and environment-friendly building has the effects of improving the repeatedutilization rate of building materials and facilitating disassembly and assembly of a building structure.
