The invention relates to a green self-healing concrete capsule and a manufacturing method thereof, and the green self-healing concrete capsule comprises a steel capsule sleeve which is provided with a containing cavity; the annular ceramic is tightly arranged in the containing cavity so that the steel capsule sleeves can be symmetrically arranged, spacing grooves are formed between the steel capsule sleeves, protruding blocks are arranged on the surfaces of the annular ceramic or the surfaces of the steel capsule sleeves in the spacing grooves, and the steel capsule sleeves are in a stable state in the concrete through the protruding blocks. The occlusal force between the capsule and the concrete is enhanced; the annular ceramic is provided with a first cavity and a second cavity, and the first cavity and the second cavity are separated by means of a partition plate; a geopolymer cementing material is arranged in the first cavity, and a reaction activator is arranged in the second cavity; when the concrete cracks, the annular ceramic is damaged under the action of external force, and the partition plate is displaced or damaged accordingly, so that the geopolymer cementing material and the reaction activator in the first cavity and the second cavity are mixed together to react, curing is formed, and then the cracks are repaired.
