The invention provides low-shrinkage and low-viscosity C80 high-strength pump concrete. The high-strength pump concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 375 to 480 parts of cement, 105 to 180 parts of a special multi-functional admixture for high-strength concrete, 720 to 825 parts of sand, 950 to 1060 parts of gravels, 108 to 145 parts of water and 8 to 15 parts ofa chemical additive composition. The invention further provides a preparation method of the high-strength pump concrete. By optimizing the technical parameters of the C80 high-strength concrete raw material and utilizing the reasonable compatibility of the special multi-functional admixture for high-strength concrete and the chemical additive composition, multiple effects are integrated, so thatthe early and later strength of the concrete is improved, the plastic viscosity of the concrete is reduced, the bubble area on the surface of hardened concrete is reduced, and the volume stability ofthe concrete is improved.
