Low-shrinkage low-viscosity high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof

The low-shrinkage low-viscosity high-strength concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: 200 to 300 parts of cement, 100 to 150 parts of mineral powder, 80 to 150 parts of fly ash, 60 to 100 parts of silica fume, 30 to 50 parts of heavy calcium powder, 80 to 100 parts of glass beads, 500 to 700 parts of modified porous basalt, 500 to 700 parts of granite gravel, 10 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent, 20 to 30 parts of concrete fiber and 150 to 180 parts of water. The preparation method of the porous basalt broken stone comprises the following modification steps: S1, soaking the porous basalt broken stone in paraffin for 2-10 hours; s2, taking out the porous basaltic gravels, and rapidly cooling; s3, a wrapping layer is arranged on the outer surface of the porous basaltic gravel, and the modified porous basaltic gravel is obtained. The prepared concrete has the advantages of being high in strength, good in fluidity and high in anti-cracking performance.
