The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: adding silicon carbide fibers into a sulfuric acid solution, soaking, filtering, washing, and adding into a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to obtain pretreated silicon carbide fibers; feeding yttrium oxide powder, ethyl cellulose and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane into water, performing grinding and adding the mixture into the pretreated silicon carbide fiber, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2 h at the temperature of 50-70 DEG C, performing spray drying, and obtaining a fiber toughening agent; mixing cement, fly ash, vitrified micro bubbles, expanded perlite, sand and a waterreducing agent, performing ball milling, adding construction waste, a fiber toughening agent and water in a stirring state, and performing uniform mixing so as to obtain a premix; adding lime powder into the premix, performing quick stirring, adding aluminum powder paste, performing continuous stirring, quickly pouring the mixed slurry into a building block mold, standing at 40-46 DEG C for 2-4 hours, and carrying out autoclaved curing to obtain the high-strength aerated concrete building block.
