The invention relates to an offshore wind power combined type single pile foundation and a construction method thereof. The combined type single pile foundation comprises a steel pipe pile and a plurality of variable-section T-shaped wing plates; mortise grooves matched with the variable-section T-shaped wing plates in quantity are formed in the outer surface of the steel pipe pile in the verticaldirection, and tenons matched with the mortise grooves are arranged on the variable-section T-shaped wing plates so that the variable-section T-shaped wing plates and the steel pipe pile are fixedlyconnected through mortise and tenon joint structures composed of the mortise grooves and the tenons. Compared with the prior art, according to the single pile foundation and the method, the problem ofvertical deviation rectification of single pile foundations can be solved to a certain extent, the applicability of the single pile foundation in a deepwater sea area is improved, and the single pilefoundation and the method have the advantages of high overturning resistance, high bearing capacity, convenient construction, and good economic benefit.
