The invention provides a base dragging sled of capable of being dragged outdoors a modular barrack and a manufacturing method. The base dragging sled comprises a base and a cable support structure. The base forms a main body structure of the dragging sled for bearing the weight of the modular barrack. The cable support structure winds and fixes wires and cables externally connected with the modular barrack. The base comprises longitudinal base beams. Main beams are arranged between the base beams. Secondary beams are arranged on the sides of the main beams on the base beams, tow bars are arranged at the two ends of the base beams in a penetrating mode, and checkered plates are horizontally arranged above the base beams and located on the inner sides of the tow bars. The cable support structure comprises a support fixing plate, winding pipes and installation bolts. The support fixing plate is connected to one checkered plate through bolts, and the winding pipes are arranged on the support fixing plate. The dragging sled and the modular barrack are designed in a split mode, the dragging sled can be recycled, steel is saved, and the base beams and the main beams are connected throughI-shaped beams in a welded mode. The strength and rigidity of the whole structural frame are guaranteed, multiple barracks can be dragged through one sled, the transportation cost is reduced, and thetransportation efficiency is improved.
