The invention discloses a novel refractory material for dry quenching. The novel refractory material is prepared by mixing, pressing and calcining clinker, a stress buffer material, a binder, a surfactant, an impact-resistant material and a corrosion-resistant material. According to the novel refractory material for dry quenching, the waste alumina-magnesia-carbon brick regenerated powder is usedas clinker, so that the refractoriness and high-temperature volume stability of the whole refractory material are improved, the production cost is reduced, and the effects of resource regeneration, efficient utilization and social environment protection are fully achieved; the arranged stress buffer material can buffer stress generated by rapid cooling and rapid heating in use, so that the thermalshock stability, the high-temperature breaking strength, the wear resistance and the service life are greatly improved; the impact-resistant material is arranged, so that fused magnesite in the impact-resistant material reacts with aluminum oxide micro-powder to generate in-situ spinel, meanwhile, the expansion coefficient of the impact plate is adjusted, and oxidation of carbon is prevented by arranging silicon carbide; an anti-corrosion material is arranged to form chemical adhering slag on the surface of the material, corrosion of the material is delayed, and the service life of the material is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种新型干熄焦用耐火材料,由熟料、应力缓冲料、粘结剂、表面活性剂、抗冲击料和抗蚀损料混炼、压制、煅烧制成。该新型干熄焦用耐火材料,废铝镁碳砖再生粉作为熟料提高整体耐火材料的耐火度和高温体积稳定性,且降低了生产成本,充分起到资源再生高效利用和保护社会环境的作用;设置应力缓冲料在使用中能缓冲因急冷急热而产生的应力,使热震稳定性、高温抗折强度、耐磨性、使用寿命均得到大幅提高;设置抗冲击料使其内部电熔镁砂是和氧化铝微粉反应生成原位尖晶石,同时调节冲击板的膨胀系数,且通过设置碳化硅防止受到碳的氧化;设置有抗蚀损料在材料表面形成化学挂渣,延缓材料的蚀损并提高材料的使用寿命。
